Perfect hotel with updated rooms and top-class staff from making the reservation to checking out and everything in between. Location so close to other attractions in the area, and many great restaurants. My favorite property in Greenville.

The restaurant serves excellent food, including a delicious breakfast with biscuits, gravy, and waffles; the location is stunning, near Spartanburg and various attractions in the Upstate region.

Great location next to downtown and the university area, Haywood Mall, and Falls Park. The place is pretty clean with a cool view of the valley 🌄. In general, it's awesome and wonderful here!

My room was not serviced one day after I left it at 11am. Staff had called earlier but room not available.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short distance from downtown with a beautiful view overlooking the valley. Additionally, we enjoyed the nearby lake, which is only a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, well-organized, and offer magnificent views of the valley and grounds.

We were just staying over night and the room was designed so nicely the breakfast area was very open light and inviting. I sat and drank my coffee out by the pool in the gazebo it was lovely.

I appreciated sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. I had a good experience here. The location was marvelous near the Haywood Mall, tons of restaurants, and plenty of places to shop and other attractions. I had a deluxe king room that was new-fashioned with wonderful views. The staff was excellent and check-in was easy.

The room here is spacious with great views, and it has a fridge just like they advertised.

The rooms were large and well-organized. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything I wanted to go. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a relaxing area. The view was magnificent. The service was good. The wifi was fast.
